Marinated Fish Fry

Very crispy and tasty.

fish pieces 10
semolina 1 cup
rice flour 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
lemon juice 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
oil
1.Mix semolina and rice flour. 2.Marinate fish pieces in ginger garlic paste, spices(garam masala) and lemon juice for 10 minutes. 3.Heat oil. 4.Cover fish pieces in dry semolina and rice flour and deep fry. 5.Serve with onion rings,lemon and chilli sauce.
