I love this recipe because it is Mexican but it feels like there is a hint of Japanese type food. It is perfect for someone like me who’s favorite types of food are both Mexican and Japanese. The great thing is that it also works for a vegetarian or vegan. Another great thing is it only takes three steps to complete. It is four good things all in one handy wrap.
