Made with banana, almond milk, gluten free oats and flour, these light, silky & sweet Mint Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes are vegan, gluten free and low calorie!

1 very ripe banana
1/2 cup GF rolled oats
3/4 cup Gluten Free oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp 1 tbsp flax meal + 2 tbsp water (can substitute 1 egg white if not vegan)
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp mint chocolate chips
