I thought I would make a recipe up that was easy, no fuss and delivered big on flavour and tender moist chicken and so let me introduce to you my Mint and Lime Yogurt Chicken! This recipe is very flexible, you can use it for grilling, baking in the oven or even as a casserole. The star of the show is of course the simple yet tasty marinade. 6 Chicken Drumsticks
4 Tablespoons of Plain, Low Fat or fat Free Yogurt
Juice & Zest of 1/2 Fresh Lime

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
