. 1/2 cup pure cocoa powder(can not be instant or hot chocolate)
. 3 eggs
. 1 stick unsalted butter
.1 cup white sugar
. 1/2 cup brown sugar
. 1 1/4 cup flour
. 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder(optional)
, 1 table spoon baking soda
. 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
. 1/4 cup chocolate chips
. 1/4 cup milk
. a pinch of salt
. 2 table spoons vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners or the greese the pan with nonstick. 2. In large bowl with a spatula, beat the the butter and both white sugar and brown. Add eggs and vanilla 3. Melt chocolate chips and beat well. 4. In a medium sized bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt cocoa powder, and espresso. 5. After mixing the both mixtures well, add dry ingredients; alternating with the milk a few times to the butter mixture. 6. After being mixed well, pour in to prepared pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes and top with your favoraite frostin after cooling. Enjoy!
