My Easy Guacamole

For all you guacamole lovers out there!

2 Haas avocados, mashed
½ lime, juiced
½ cup grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
2-3 tbsps. red onion, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. Sriracha sauce, or any other hot sauce (more, if you like it really spicy)
Salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to use.

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 T tomato paste
4 c coarsely chopped green cabbage
4 c beef broth
15 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
2 T brown sugar
1 bay leaf
2 c cooked white rice
Kosher salt and pepper
2 T chopped fresh parsley
