Easy and tasty vegan dish. Good alone or with rice.

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. red miso
2 slices ginger, chopped.
1 lb. Napa Cabbage, chopped.
½ red bell pepper, cut into strips.
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Heat oil in a pan. Add miso and ginger. Break even and sauté until fragrant. Add Napa cabbage, red bell pepper and green onions. Sauté until vegetables are evenly covered in sauce. Add a little water,...
