No Bake Baileys Smores Mousse Cups are a simple dessert that is filled with espresso and chocolate mousse and topped with a toasted marshmallow! A dessert you will have no idea is under 150 calories!

½ cup fat-free vanilla greek yogurt
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
3 tablespoons Truvia Baking Blend
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coffee extract
3 tablespoons Bailey\'s Coffee Liquor (Optional)
1 cup lite whipped topping
Graham Cracker Base:
½ cup graham cracker crumbs (Gluten Free, if needed)
