15 dates pitted
1 cup old fashion oats
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoons almond or peanut butter I use Adams 100% Natural Peanut Butter and Justin's Almond Butter
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon chia seeds

salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
