144
This is a really easy pizza dough recipe that can be made into french bread or buns. It doesn't need to rise before you can use it, but you can allow it to rise if you like.
24
2 TBSP dry yeast
2 cups warm water
2 TBSP granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
5 1/2 - 6 cups flour
2 cups warm water
2 TBSP granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
5 1/2 - 6 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water and add sugar. Whisk together. Whisk in oil and salt. Whisk in 2 cups of flour, then stir in remaining flour until dough is only slightly sticky. Roll out onto pizza pans and top, or section into 3 portions and freeze in freezer bags. Can also be formed into 2 french bread loaves or used for stuffed sandwiches.
To bake, top with pizza ingredients and bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
