Easy and quick recipe for oatmeal cookies with raisins, haselnuts and a touch of vanilla. Its taste make these oatmeal cookies perfect for Christmas time.

150 grams raw cane sugar
20 grams honey, alternatively sugar beet syrup
110 grams butter
1 egg
125 grams oatmeal
100 grams raisins
50 grams chopped hazelnuts
100 grams flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon vanilla powder
