Clean eating power snacks! Store in freezer, take out what you need or want!

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup natural peanut butter ( or any nut butter will do)
1/3 cup honey
1/4 flax seed
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Instead of chocolate chips you can add

1/2 cup dates or cranberries
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup sesame seeds
