One Pan Penne Pasta

This is a dinner for a busy night. It's easy, fast, economical, and of course, delicious!

14 oz penne pasta
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 lb lean hamburger
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, optional
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
14 oz marinara sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz diced tomatoes
12 oz spinach, optional
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Cook pasta according to al dente directions; add spinach in the last minute. Cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach begins to wilt. Scoop out about 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the spinach and pasta.
