Orzo with Artichoke Lemon Pesto

A delicious side dish of orzo mixed with an artichoke lemon pesto

1 cup (6 oz) orzo
2/3 cup Artichoke Lemon Pesto (see recipe at http://fooddonelight.com/artichoke-lemon-pesto/)
1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
