Oven baked bread is delightful but nothing compared to this gluten and nut free, vegan and paleo delicious oven baked flatbread!

1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
Pinch sea salt
Pinch mixed herbs
1 cup coconut/almond milk
2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
Sprig fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. flaxseed (grind into a fine powder)
3 tbsp. water

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
