A delicious and quick way to make dinner. It's all done in one pan, so clean-up is a breeze!

Fresh Vegetables of Your Choice, Chopped (In my above photo I used broccoli, red peppers and green peppers)
1 package Smoked Sausage, Sliced
Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Clean and Chop your Veggies. Put them into a greased pan.
Chop your sausage into bite-sized pieces. Throw them into the pan with the veggies.
