Paleo Slow Cooker Applesauce

My boys helped me peel and core all the apples for our weekend batch of applesauce. We made it Paleo so my husband could eat it too, it was a great treat for him during his Paleo diet challenge with his gym! My kids thought it was fun to eat something that they worked so hard to make!

6 lbs apples, peeled, cored & sliced
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
