Paleo Spaghetti Squash Noodles with herbs and tomatoes is, in a word, YUM!!! Easy to make, including a hack to make preparing the spaghetti sauce that much easier to prepare!
1 spaghetti squash
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup minced herbs (I like parsley, oregano, and cilantro)
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of cracked pepper for garnishing
