PALEO TUNA SALAD

Paleo Tuna Salad is packed with protein, vegetables, olives and drizzled with a homemade dressing.
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Red onion, sliced
Black olives
Roma tomatoes, sliced
Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna, drained
Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon snipped fresh tarragon (or ¼ teaspoon dried tarragon)
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
dash black pepper
Red onion, sliced
Black olives
Roma tomatoes, sliced
Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna, drained
Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey

dash black pepper
Layer the lettuce, onion, olives, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs on a plate. Top with tuna.
In a jar with a screw-top, combine the dressing ingredients. Cover and shake to mix. Drizzle desired amount over the salad.
