Pan Roasted Miso Corn

Easy way to eat roasted corn, without the cob.

2½ cups cooked corn
1 tablespoon miso
1½ tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Pinch chili powder
2 tablespoon chopped green onions
Mix miso and olive oil thoroughly, then heat in a pan. Add corn, cook while stirring over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Mix well to avoid lumps of miso paste. Add chili powder and chopped green onion, mix and turn off heat.
