Party With Your Taste Buds BBQ Pork Fillets

Pork Fillets made straight on the BBQ! Has this tangy orange flavor that your taste buds will be having a party!

4 pork fillets

Marinade\\Sauce:
2 cups Ketchup
1\\3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
10 stems of fresh thyme
1 medium orange juice and zest
2 tbsp. Smoked paprika
6 cloves garlic (mashed)
Put all the sauce ingredients together and pour in 1 or 2 separate Ziploc bags with the pork inside. Marinade for up to 8 hours. Heat BBQ on high put pork on the BBQ keep sauce to baste every time you turn them. Get that nice BBQ marks and as dark as possible. Cook for about 30 mins. It can be pink in the middle and thats what you are looking for. Once done let sit for 5 min can add chopped parsley or cilantro over and serve.
