Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats

½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. THM Gentle Sweet or Truvia
1 medium fresh peach (or 5-6 slices peaches canned in their own juice, drained)
2 pinches Mineral Salt
½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
Dash of heavy cream (optional, for real decadence)
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir, top with additional peaches if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
