1 cup (250g) chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup (120ml) coconut milk
1 cup (80g) old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup whole wheat flour

1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
