Peanut Butter n' Oat Bites

These little balls of healthy goodness are perfect as a post work out or lunch snack!

1 1/2 cups oats (quick oats)
1/2 cup coconut (shredded, unsweetened)
1/2 cup bran
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup peanut butter (melted)
1/4 cup honey
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Drizzle melted peanut butter and honey over dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once cooled, roll mixture into balls. Store in the fridge and grab n' go for the perfect snack!
