The seasonings are so perfect in this dish. Once you've tried these you won't go back to any other chicken fajita recipe!

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into long strips
2 T olive oil
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
1 onion, sliced
tortilla's ( I get Abuela brand in the refrigerated section so I can cook my own)
Cheese (optional)
Cilantro (optional)
Sour cream (optional)
Salsa (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray a 9x13" pan
In a small bowl combine olive oil, cumin, chili powder, oregano and garlic powder
Place chicken strips in the pan and coat with spice mixture
