Stop whatever you are doing and go make this super yummy snack! If you are a fan of pina colada flavor {i.e. coconut and pineapple} you are absolutely going to love this mix! Plus, popcorn is a fantastic low calorie, high fiber snack and adding a little heart healthy coconut oil gives it fantastic flavor.

3 cups popped popcorn
1 teaspoon unrefined coconut oil
2 tablespoons dried pineapple, chopped*
1 tablespoon dried coconut flakes*
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
