Potato and Carrot Soup

There is no better way to pat your back after that busy week. This soup is special for that lazy Saturday. Lets make soup!

1medium size Onion
5 medium potatoes
7 medium carrots
1Tbsp salted butter
Crushe black paper
11/2 chicken stock cube
700ml chicken stock
salt to taste
1table spoon parsley
1Tbls charvley
Peel the potatoes, scrub the carrots wit a hard brush till its clean. Chop onions, put butter in a pan-fry the onions until it withers. Add the carrot and potatoes. Fry for 2minutes, add chicken stock and later stock cubes. Cover the lid, simmer for 20 minutes, when its soft enough switch off the fire, let it cool for 5minutes, blend it. put back to the fire , heat. Serve hot topped with herbs and whipped cream.
