Grab your leftover pulled pork and make these delicious, cheesy pulled pork taquitos! Baked Taquitos that are perfectly crunchy and filled with BBQ Pulled Pork, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and then dipped in a Chipotle Ranch Dressing!

Taquitos:
2 1/2 cups shredded pulled pork
1/4 cup sour cream
2 oz cream cheese ( softened )
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
10 corn or flour tortillas
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese ( shredded )
Chipotle Ranch Dressing:
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
2 1/2 cups shredded pulled pork
1/4 cup sour cream
2 oz cream cheese ( softened )
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
10 corn or flour tortillas
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese ( shredded )
Chipotle Ranch Dressing:
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
