Pumpkin and Black Bean Chili

Ghoulishly great pumpkin chili ~ perfect for cold nights and warm bellies! Filled with hearty turkey, black bean, and kidney beans.

1 - 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 yellow onion, diced
1 small poblano pepper, diced
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons ancho chile pepper (or just a regular chile powder)
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons Spike seasoning (I used a homemade version from here)
3 cups beef broth
15 ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 - 15 ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
15 ounce can pure pumpkin (not pie filling)
2 - 14.5 ounce cans petite diced tomatoes
