1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
¼ cup wheat bran
½ tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ cup maple syrup or sugar-free
1/2 cup pumpkin butter*
1 over ripe banana, mashed
1 ½ cups 2% fat milk or soy milk
¼ cup egg substitute or equivalent to 1 egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp. light butter, melted
