Quick and Easy Burrito Bowls

This is an easy, filling dinner that can be made with or without meat, and with or without beans!

3 Cups brown rice
1 jar of salsa
3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (or more, or less, depending upon taste)
1/4 Cup chopped onion
1/4 Cup sliced jalapenos (or more, or less, depending upon taste)
1 Cup Greek yogurt
Shredded cheese to taste
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Optional: 1 can black beans (we don’t use these, because Andrew won’t eat beans.)
Optional: 1.5 Cups cooked meat (steak, ground beef, chicken, or shrimp.)
