Quick and Easy Pizza Base

A quick and easy, no-fuss pizza base. Great for cooking with the kids!

1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (grated tasty cheese works just as well)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup boiling water
1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celcius (410F). Grease a 30x40cm baking tray 2. Mix flour and cheese until well combined. Make a well in the centre and add oil and boiling water 3. Stir all ingredients together. Knead to combine ingredients well, cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place while you prepare toppings. 4. Roll out the dough to fill the tray and bake for 8 mins. Add toppings of your choice and bake for a further 8 mins
