2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs about 6
24 oz large shrimp cooked, peeled, deveined with tail on or off
14 oz kielbasa sliced into 1/4" rounds
1 bell pepper any color, chopped
1 onion chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
2 bay leaves
1 cup frozen okra
6 oz tomato paste
15 oz can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning recipe link above and below in notes
