My Quick & Easy Weeknight Chicken Parmesan recipe is the perfect, easy to make weeknight recipe that you bake in the oven. With just a few simple steps and ingredients, you can have this delicious recipe on your plate in 30 minutes!

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, fat trimmed, sliced in half to make 4
¼ cup all purpose flour
1 egg
¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jar of sauce (I used Prego)
3/4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
