Easy roasted vegetables perfect if you do food prep on weekends :)

Ingredients:

• 1 pound asparagus


• 1 pound fresh carrots, peeled and cut


• 1 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil


• 1 Tsp Lemon pepper


• 1 Tsp Garlic salt


• 1 Tsp black pepper


• 1 Tbsp Fresh thyme leaves
