A delicious and easy no bake slice with a strawberry, banana and macadamia base topped with a lime macadamia icing. With no refined sugars, no flour and dairy free its healthy and guilt free. Its a great snack that can be eaten straight from the freezer.

2 cups/280g macadamia nuts
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup/ 30g desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
icing;
1 cup / 140g macadamia nuts
½ cup / 100g melted coconut oil
½ cup / 170g maple syrup
4 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp vanilla
