Red Peeper Garlic Hummus

1 15.5 ounce can chickpeas
1 Tablespoon tahini
2-3 garlic cloves
1/8 cup olive oil
2-3 roasted peppers (jarred)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
Add everything into a food processor. Blend to desired consistency. Taste and adjust to your liking. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
