2 Cup Rice Cereal
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Water
1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Water
1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp lemon juice
For sugar syrup,take sugar in a small vessel.Add water into the sugar and heat on medium high.Bring it to a boil and let the syrup have a medium thickness. Don't make it very thick since it will solidify when adding the cereal. Add lemon juice to prevent solidification. Remove from heat.
Add rice cereal into the sugar syrup.Then add cardamom powder. Add cashews and raisins.Mix all ingredients well.Make it into lemon sized balls by pressing between the palms while still warm.The rice laddoo is ready.
