Cool down this summer with ice cold Roasted Berry Popsicles! The words ice cold and roasted may not be compatible in the same sentence, but do you know what they are compatible with? Your mouth!

16 oz container of strawberries
6 oz container of blackberries
6 oz container of raspberries
1-2 spoonfuls of Coconut oil
Pinch of black pepper
1 - 1 1/2 cups of vanilla almond milk I used reduced sugar
1-3 tablespoons of maple syrup
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Rinse all the fruit and cut the stems off the strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Use one sheet to roast the raspberries...
