1 whole chicken ( quartered )
3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes ( halved then quartered )
2 tbsp butter ( melted )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp dry rosemary
2 cloves garlic ( pressed )
2 lemons
Herb Sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ cup fresh mint
½ cup parsley
1 tbsp capers
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
