Roasted Corn, Black Bean, & Mango Salsa

With pan-roasted corn, black beans, fresh mango, and chipotle chilies, the flavor combination in this salsa is out-of-this-world good. This is my absolute all-time favorite salsa! ... great with chips, on fish, on chicken, as a salad, or straight from a spoon.

1 T. olive oil
3 c. corn kernels, fresh or frozen (thawed)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. finely chopped red onion
1 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 c. peeled and diced fresh mango

6 T. chopped fresh cilantro
2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed

1/3 c. fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
4 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
