1 head of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 – 19 ounce can of white kidney beans/cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1½ ounces fresh basil leaves, about 2 cups loosely packed
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2-3 extra basil leaves for garnish
