3 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon basil
2 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a glass pyrex baking dish.
Roast at 425 degrees for 40-50 minutes, stirring at least twice, until potatoes are crispy.
