Roasted Tomato and Chickpea Orzo Soup is a quick, easy, hearty soup to throw together in a pinch!

48 oz vegetable broth
1 cup orzo pasta (use any small type of pasta or grain. Farro is a great option)
14.5 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 and 1/2 cups chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 bay leaves
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 cup chiffonade basil
salt and pepper to taste
