2 1/2 Pounds Pork Loin Roast
2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, Stems Removed and Chopped Fine
2 tablespoons Fresh Sage, Stems Removed and Chopped Fine
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, Stems Removed and Chopped Fine
1 tablespoons Salt
3 teaspoons Ground Pepper
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
