A traditional sponge cake called Russian Sharlotka has been taken to a new level of deliciousness with walnuts and raisins. Easy, quick, delicious!

6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp baking soda mix with ¼ tsp vinegar (can substitute for 1 tbsp baking powder)
1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
½ cup raisins

1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
tablespoon Sugar

1 Lacinato Kale ( ribs removed and torn into bitesize pieces )
