The perfect thanksgiving side dish - sweet potatoes rubbed with butter, garlic & sage. It's still light & healthy.

4 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. light butter, melted
2 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried sage
