Easy low cal,Vegan snack with sago,absolutely addictive snack recipe

1 1/2 cups sago
1/4 beaten rice/aval/poha (Medium thick)
1/4 cup peanuts
1/8 cup broken cashews
1/8 cup Roasted gram
Salt
Oil for frying
To temper:
2 teaspoons channa dal
1 teaspoon mustard
11/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
10-12 curry leaves
2 teaspoons oil
