Sesame Chicken

Delicious, easy sesame chicken!

Canola oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup sugar
2 T white vinegar
2 T dark soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
2 T toasted sesame seeds
Coat bottom of large skillet with oil. Fry chicken pieces until medium brown. While chicken is frying, in a large saucepan add chicken broth, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce and garlic. Bring to a boil. Dissolve 1/4 cup cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water and stir into the boiling sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens and turns clear, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low to keep warm. Add chicken and broccoli and simmer until warmed through. Stir in sesame seeds and serve over rice.
