A healthy and quick snack that can be made with very less ingredients in hand. A super tasty recipe to serve not only your kids as snack but also to everybody since it is an excellent source of calcium and anti oxidant. It is is gluten free, vegan and loaded with minerals.....

Black Sesame seeds 200 gms
Finely chopped nuts like almonds, pistachios and cashews 3 tb spoons
Green cardamom Powder 1/4 tea spoon
Finely chopped dates 2 tb spoons
Palm Jaggery powder or Brown sugar or Jaggery Powder 4 table spoons
If you are using good quality organic sesame seeds no need to wash. Or else transfer the sesame seeds to a filter with fine net and show it in the running tap. After the water drains out completely fry...
